The concept behind these projects is to elevate Yanbu into a top-tier tourist destination through the introduction of four groundbreaking projects along the waterfront. In strategic collaboration with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY), ASFAR has secured the lease of four unique beachfront plots of lands spanning 1,410 meters of untapped shoreline potential.

The envisioned projects that span a collective area of approximately 64 thousand square meters include an array of offerings designed to cater to diverse traveler preferences. These encompass stylish restaurants and beachfront facilities, a state-of-the-art wellbeing resort promising an unparalleled experience, a premium hotel for discerning guests, and a tourism center that will house a diving academy and a marina, providing a gateway to unique aquatic experiences.
